
Many apologies for this being late, but the real problem was that I could not think of a great goal this month. My only excuse I have is at the end of March we were prepping for the return of my husband from Iraq and we've spend the last couple weeks spending time together and getting us all to fit right again as a family.
I have been listening to the WISH summit calls for the last few weeks and I am loving them. I just listened to the one by Jennifer Jimenez (her website here). Her website is very cool, she teaches dance movement therapy and how to dance in a way that reconnects with your body. It's really healing and when I do it I cry.
So my goal is to stick with it and dance every day through the end of the month and if I still love it, to continue every day. All it takes is 5 minutes and one great song.
Comment to me about your favorite music to dance to. I don't want to hear icky songs, just awesome emotion filled, inspiring songs.
