Feb Goals Progress

1/6th of the soap we wrapped up!

I have been doing so great on my goals this month!

I have been crafting with friends, soaping with friends, I have plans to workout with friends, and I threw a "My Favorite Things Party" this weekend with friends. I had such a great time! I will do a whole post on the party later. I am loving all this quality time with friends. It's such a big deal for happiness! I like having purposed time with them too, it's deeper than just chillin'.

I played my guitar every day until I popped a string last week. A super amazing YW at church is going to help me put on a new one! Popping a string was really scary, they fly up and hit hard, you can scratch your eye or get smacked in the face. This one hit my finger so hard that it left a welt.

Bedtime varies with the kids, but they are getting in bed earlier than normal and they are doing really well with it. I like having evenings alone :)

I haven't been making awesome food choices this month, emotional eating is at an all time high, and I have learned that even when many other areas are going so well, if I make bad choices with food I still feel bad. It over shadows things. So it's time to really focus on that and correct that so I can get the fullest and the mostest out of my friends!

Just keep in mind balance. Seems you are trying to do to much in just one area. I'm sure it takes time I sure am far from balancing EVERY thing. I seem to focus in on one or two things at a time and when I do I lose out in other areas. I am sure you will get your eating under control. With being an ex-emotional eater my self, try not to stress to hard it just makes it worse. Your doing great keep it up!
Love YA!

I have been doing a lot, but at the same time, it's fun, non-stressful things.

I need to make time for exercise and meal prep and planning to have more balance.

Good insight.

I am extremely interested in hearing more about this My Favorite Things party! What's that all about? It sounds like it might be a good way to get to know people better, as I am still struggling to make friends here...
