
The guacamole is a recipe from my Cafe Gratitude cookbook, the bruschetta is my own recipe, and those flax crackers were the same ones I made this summer, they still taste as fresh as ever. Very yummy.

This came from "Vegan Baking" and it was a vegan take on a German cake of some sort. I added spinach puree to make it green, it's a little more crumbly than I care for so I would change it up a little.

Yummy Thai Mango sweet rice thing. It's sooooo good. I've never had it before and I love it. Taiten would never ever eat rice, but he ate an entire cup of it. I was in shock. It's made with coconut milk.

The omlettes looked good but tasted disgusting. Never again.

My new love, Brussel's sprouts. I have never had them before, and this was my first go at them and they were so fantastic. I dipped them in balsamic vinegar and ate the entire pound of them in one sitting. This needs to be a weekly thing... Or more often.
