


These are the kid's pumpkins. Kaia's is a ghost coming home from work carrying a briefcase. (No, it's not Patrick from Spongebob!) And Taiten's is the Death Star.
They wore their SWCV costumes from August, Kaia was Queen Amidala and Taiten was a Clone Trooper.
Now, to my goals! I started the week by running for 2 hours and eating really really well. Then the next day I woke up with a massive headache and we layed around the entire day. I drank almost two gallons of water and by Wednesday I was feeling fine again. We were busy all day Wednesday, out of town busy so no exercising happened, but I packed healthy food in our bento boxes so that was a win! Thursday I had to clean the house, it was wrecked from Tuesday when I was sick and the kids tore the house apart, and then I hung out with my friend Amy who made some amazing veggie soup!
Friday was an accomplishment. I swam 44 laps, 30 continuous, which is the 1500 meters, that was a massive goal I had set for myself and I did it! Now I need to keep it up! It was also more laps that I've done before.
Saturday I woke up, got ready for the gym and on the way out the door I got a text from Annie (aka super high speed swimmer chick) that said that there was no child care so I didn't get to swim. I was majorly bummed out. But it soon got better because it was RALLY DAY. I watched the Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear and sanity was totally restored. I loved it and felt way better afterward.
All in all I had a really good week, busier than I would like, but it was good. My weight stayed the same. I ate really well, but I didn't get to the gym like I wanted to. I exercised at home when I could, but I need to do more this coming week.
I have two weeks left of this goal because I extended it and I plan to make great use of this time!

Remember to measure because you could be loosing inches instead of weight this week. Sounds like you are doing a supper job, keep it up!
